In late 1995, an SR-71 blackbird is shot out of the sky. The National Security Agency (NSA) reveals that seemingly unconnected events are the work of an international vigilante. A 24-year-old American finds himself in an African prison, where he is forced to assist in a smuggling mission to Russia. Arriving in Russia, he escapes aboard a cargo plane and ends up in a remote Siberian research facility where Tesla technology is being tested. Meanwhile, a blight erupts in the Middle East. Only Tesla technolgy can halt its spread. Morality is brought to the test as an NSA agent’s pursuit of justice forces her to violate international law.
